We are looking for architects and craftsmen

Architects

  • Participation and preparation of the building application.
  • Tendering of the civil engineering and awarding to local construction companies (according to our execution plans and sample LV).
  • Site management and coordination of the civil engineering and acceptance on site.
  • Application for media supply (water, sewage, electricity and data line).
  • Site management in classical store construction (measurement, coordination of trades on site).

Repairer

  • Carrying out pending repairs and maintenance in store and modular construction (carpenters, plumbers, refrigeration technicians, electricians)Your tasks…
  • We design and build living and retail spaces in modular construction, with a focus on cafes, restaurants, bakeries and butcher shops.
  • Sustainable and resource-saving construction with short construction times is becoming more and more important for our clients nowadays. For this purpose, we have developed a solution that meets the demands of today.
  • This system construction is produced individually for our customers on a turnkey basis. Thus, building and furnishing become one unit.
  • We realize projects all over Germany and in the bordering countries.
